NUMEDIC NEW GENERATION EFFLUENT PUMP

Numedic Effluent Pumps have been designed to pump a wide range of slurries and sludges that can be difficult to pump.

They are primarily used in the Dairy Industry to pump Dairy Effluent from the cowshed for spray irrigation onto the pasture.

However they are also used commercially in a wide range of industrial applications.

The new generation of effluent pumps takes advantage of 10 years of accumulated research and design expertise, together with the use of high quality materials and components.  The end result is a range of strong and reliable pumps.

 

Features include:

  • Shaft:
    Tough precision CNC machined 50mm diameter high tensile steel shaft gives very low vibration levels.
  • Bearings:
    Modern state of the art bearings provide a high degree of operational reliability.
  • Sizes:
    Motor sizes range from 7.5kW to 22kW to suit pumping requirements.
  • Lubrication:
    High performance LGHP 2 grease and low running temperatures ensure a long, economical service life.
  • Quality:
    Castings manufactured from heavy duty SG Iron and CNC machined to very high dimensional accuracy.
  • Chopper Blades:
    Easily fitted to all pumps to help chop up the extra fibre content of effluent produced from feedpads.

NUMEDIC POWER DRENCHING SYSTEMS

 Power Drenching is the term used to describe machines which take the manual effort out of drenching minerals/supplements to Dairy Cows. (In other words, your hands no longer ache!). You just squeeze the drenching gun and the pump does the rest. Difficult to drench insoluble powders and liquids are easily handled with a Numedic Power Drenching System.

NUMEDIC IRRIGATOR

Numedic manufacture both Travelling and Stationary Irrigators for spreading effluent on pasture.

The ADCAM750 Travelling Irrigator features patented cam technology enabling very low and easily controlled application of dairy effluent to be applied.

Depths as low as 6mm can be achieved optimising soil absorption rates while maximising fertisliser inputs.
