Robert Auerbach

Robert Auerbach is one of the top technology lawyers in New Zealand today.  His speeches, checklists and practical guides are posted on the Trade New Zealand and Technology New Zealand websites and downloaded by people all over the world.  

Mr Auerbach received his education in the United States.  He graduated from University of Pittsburgh, Magna Cum Laude.  Among other honours he received were University Scholar, Phi Beta Kappa, and prizes for academic achievement in economics, his principal field of concentration. 

He was an honours student at Columbia University School of Law in New York City where he received a Juris Doctor degree.  

Mr Auerbach presently operates from an office in an Auckland suburb, where he specialises in international law.  He represents several prominent New Zealand and Australian companies, providing legal assistance in connection with their export programmes.  He also advises them on joint ventures, technology sharing agreements, manufacturing licences, distributor/agent relationships and doing business overseas.
